Reputation management

Control the first page people judge you on

We monitor what is published about you, build credible coverage that competes for the same searches, and strengthen the results you want people to find first. No removal promises, no fake reviews.

Search result protection concept A search results panel where credible results rise above an older negative result, beside a protective shield.

What this service is

Reputation work that holds up because it is built on real coverage

Reputation management means knowing what appears for your name, improving what you can influence, and building enough credible material that the results people see reflect your actual record.

It is built for business owners, executives, medical and legal professionals, public figures and companies dealing with negative search results, unfair reviews, outdated articles or a thin online presence.

It matters because page one is the interview you never attend. Customers, employers, partners and journalists form a view there, and increasingly AI assistants summarize the same sources when someone asks about you.

Our route is suppression through substance: publishing and strengthening credible assets that legitimately compete for your name. Some content, such as court records and government publications, cannot be removed by anyone, and we say so directly rather than selling you a promise.

What we can influence

What exists, what ranks, what is monitored and how much credible material competes for your name.

What nobody controls

Editorial decisions, public records and Google’s ranking systems. Any firm promising removal of those is misleading you.

Problems we solve

The situations clients bring to us

Most start the same way: someone important searched a name and did not like what they found.

A negative article ranks for your name

One old story or complaint page sits near the top and colors every introduction you make.

Unfair or false reviews

Reviews from non customers, competitors or resolved disputes dragging a rating down.

Outdated information

A closed case, former role or old address that keeps resurfacing as if it were current.

Impersonation and confusion

Fake profiles or a similarly named person or business absorbing your search results.

AI answers repeating the worst source

Assistants summarize your name using whatever ranks, including the material you least want quoted.

Nothing to compete with

A thin footprint means one negative page has no positive material ranking against it.

Service deliverables

What a reputation engagement includes

Scoped after the audit, because the right plan depends entirely on what is currently ranking.

Search and mention audit

A documented picture of what appears for your name across search, images, video, reviews and AI assistant answers.

Monitoring

Ongoing tracking of new mentions, reviews and ranking changes so problems are caught while they are still small.

Positive press and profiles

Features, interviews and profile coverage in recognized publications, produced through our public relations team.

Owned asset optimization

Your site, profiles and published work structured and linked so they rank strongly for your name.

Review strategy

Legitimate review generation from real customers, response guidance, and formal reporting of reviews that violate platform policy.

AI answer visibility

Building and structuring sources so assistants have accurate, current material to summarize about you.

We do not guarantee removal of articles, reviews, videos or search results, we do not write fake reviews, and we do not edit Wikipedia. Where content violates a platform policy or is factually wrong, we prepare and submit the proper request, and the platform decides.

Benefits

What a stronger first page is worth

Reputation work is defensive and commercial at the same time. It protects trust and it protects revenue.

  • The first results people see reflect your current work rather than your worst week
  • Fewer deals, hires and partnerships lost to something found in a search
  • A rating and review profile that matches how your customers actually feel
  • Credible sources for AI assistants to cite when they answer questions about you
  • Early warning when something new is published about you
  • A documented record you can show a board, a partner or a platform

Our process

How we work a reputation case

Evidence first. We will tell you plainly if something cannot be changed.

  1. Audit

We document everything ranking for your name and brand, classify each item by influence and record how AI assistants currently describe you.

  2. Honest assessment

You get a written view of what can realistically move, what cannot, and where effort would be wasted.

  3. Strategy

A plan combining new coverage, owned asset work, review strategy and any legitimate reporting routes, with a realistic timeline.

  4. Build and publish

Assets are produced and placed, profiles are strengthened, and policy violations are reported properly where they apply.

  5. Monitor and reinforce

Tracking of movement, ongoing publication, and rapid response when something new appears.

We were struggling with a few negative reviews online that were hurting our business and costing us leads. They built a strategy to rebuild our brand image the right way, improved our visibility, and helped us get featured in a few online publications to strengthen our credibility.

Frequently asked questions

Reputation management questions

Can you remove a negative article?
Not as a promise. Removal is the publisher’s decision, and court records, government publications and legitimate news are generally permanent. Where content is factually wrong, violates a platform policy or breaks a site’s own rules, we prepare and submit the proper request. Otherwise the realistic route is building credible material that competes for the same searches.
Can you remove fake reviews?
We report reviews that violate the platform’s policy, with evidence, through the official channel. Google, Yelp and others make the final call. We never write or buy reviews to offset them.
How long does suppression take?
Typically months rather than weeks, depending on how entrenched the negative result is and how much authority the competing material has. Anyone quoting you days is selling something else.
Will this fix what AI assistants say about me?
Assistants summarize the sources available to them. Adding accurate, well structured, credible sources improves the odds that their answers reflect reality, but no one controls what a model outputs.
Do you work with legal teams?
Yes. Where there is a defamation or takedown question, we coordinate with your attorney and handle the visibility side. We do not provide legal advice.
Is the work confidential?
Yes. Reputation clients are not named publicly and cases are not published as case studies without written permission.
