Music promotion

Campaigns that put your record in front of real listeners

Organic playlisting, editorial pitching, radio, video and press, run by a team that has worked releases for major label artists and independents. Real curators and real audiences, never bots.

Music campaign concept An audio waveform beneath a stack of playlist and release cards.

What this service is

Release campaigns built around where your listeners already are

Music promotion covers the paid and pitched routes that get a record heard: streaming playlists, radio rotation, video views, creator content and music press, planned as one release campaign.

It is built for independent artists, managers, labels and distributors who have finished music and need audience for it. We work singles, albums, tours and catalog.

It matters because release day is not a marketing plan. Streaming algorithms respond to genuine listener behaviour, and that behaviour has to be created deliberately, from sources that survive platform scrutiny.

Everything we run is organic in the sense that matters: real curators, real stations, real creators and real listeners. We do not sell bot streams or artificial engagement, and we will not take a campaign that asks for it.

Who it is for

Artists, managers and labels with released or scheduled music and a real budget for audience building.

What you get back

Placement and coverage reporting, audience data, and assets you can use in pitches and press.

Problems we solve

What artists tell us before a campaign

If you have been burned by a promo service before, you are in the majority of the calls we take.

Bot services burned you

Streams appeared, listeners never did, and the numbers looked wrong to anyone paying attention.

No editorial traction

Pitches through the usual tools go nowhere and the release lands with no playlist support.

No radio access

Station and mix show contacts are a closed network if you are not already inside it.

Great record, no plan

Music is finished, the date is set, and there is no campaign behind the release.

No press to point at

Nothing written about the project, so venues, brands and platforms have nothing to verify.

Growth that does not carry over

One release gets attention and the next one starts from zero because nothing was built to keep.

Service deliverables

Campaign types we run

Quoted individually by scope, genre and target. Your quote states the deliverables, the expected range and the campaign window in writing.

Organic Spotify playlist placement

Genre matched placement with real curators across tiered campaign sizes, with approved playlist counts and campaign duration stated up front.

Editorial pitching

Apple Music and Spotify official editorial pitching for eligible releases, scoped and confirmed before you commit.

Chart campaigns

iTunes Top 100 and Genius Top 100 chart campaigns run to a defined target.

Radio promotion

FM station promotion and digital radio campaigns with weekly spin and total play targets defined per tier.

YouTube campaigns

YouTube advertising and YouTube playlisting packages with view ranges stated per package.

TikTok and Reels creator campaigns

Micro influencer video campaigns and trending sound promotion, with creator volume and reach ranges agreed in advance.

Music press and blogs

Features, premieres and interviews across music and mainstream outlets through our public relations team.

Instagram page placements

Posts on established music and culture pages, priced per page and confirmed before booking.

Stream, view and spin figures quoted in campaign tiers are expected ranges based on past campaigns of that size. They are targets, not guarantees, and platform behaviour varies by genre and record.

Benefits

What a properly run campaign does for a release

The point is not a number on a dashboard. It is listeners who keep listening and proof you can use.

  • Real listener activity that streaming platforms read as genuine interest
  • Playlist, radio and creator exposure you would not reach through distribution alone
  • Press coverage that managers, venues, brands and platforms can verify
  • Audience data showing which markets and playlists responded
  • A foundation each subsequent release starts from instead of restarting
  • One team coordinating streaming, video, social and press around the same date

Our process

How a release campaign is run

Short cycle, clear checkpoints, honest reporting when something underperforms.

  1. Record and goal review

We listen to the music, look at your current audience data and agree what this campaign is meant to achieve.

  2. Campaign scope

You receive the recommended mix of playlisting, radio, video, creator and press with ranges, duration and cost per component.

  3. Setup and asset prep

Links, artwork, one sheet, creator brief and pitch materials prepared before anything goes out.

  4. Launch

Placements, pitches and creator activity go live on the agreed schedule around your release date.

  5. Track and report

Placement and performance reporting during the campaign window, including what did not perform and why.

Frequently asked questions

Music promotion questions

Are the streams real?
Yes. Placements go to real curators, stations and creators, and the listening comes from real people. We do not sell bot streams or artificial engagement, and we turn down campaigns that ask for them.
Can you guarantee editorial playlists?
Editorial selection belongs to the platform’s editors. Certain editorial routes are offered as confirmed placements and are put in writing before payment. Anything else is pitched and cannot be promised.
When should I start a campaign?
Ideally two to four weeks before release so pitching, creator briefs and press have runway. We also run campaigns on records that are already out.
What genres do you work?
Hip hop, pop, Latin, R and B, rock, dance and more. Our portfolio includes major label and independent releases across several genres, and placement is always genre matched.
Will this get me signed or charting?
A campaign builds audience and evidence. It does not decide a label’s or a chart’s outcome, and anyone promising either is guessing.
Do you work with labels and managers?
Yes. We work directly with labels, managers and distributors, including reseller arrangements for labels running campaigns for multiple artists.
