How can a PR placement be guaranteed?
The slot is arranged with the publication before you pay. Your written scope names the exact outlet and section, the article format, the delivery conditions, the publication window and the refund terms. If the piece does not publish as written, the refund terms apply. Pitched editorial, where an editor decides, is offered separately and we tell you which route you are buying.
How long does it take?
Guaranteed placements: three to seven days for writing and your review, then a publication window counted from your approval of the draft. Niche and trade outlets often publish within days; national titles typically take two to six weeks. Reputation and review work: a written review-by-review assessment first, then filings, with platform decisions usually arriving over several weeks. Account recovery: a few days to a few weeks depending on the platform and the case. AI visibility: first changes commonly appear 30 to 90 days after new citations are published. Your scope states the timeline that applies to your engagement.

If you approve, you receive the scope and invoice, and work starts once payment is confirmed. You receive updates and published links by email as the engagement runs.
What are the refund terms?
Every service is guaranteed in writing before work starts. If a deliverable named in your agreement is not delivered, for example a placement that does not publish as scoped, a review we took on that is not removed, or an account that is not recovered, you receive a full refund under the terms in your scope. The refund terms are part of the agreement you approve, not a separate policy.
